WARRANTY HIGHLIGHTS

When Investing in a Grill, Consider the Assurance Provided By the Fire Magic Warranty:
– Fire Magic pays for the first two years labor allowance
– Fire Magic pays for shipping warranted replacement parts
– Fire Magic pays for shipping warranted defective parts back to the factory
– Fire Magic’s qualified technical service representatives are available 10 hours a day 5 days a week to assist with questions, installation and service.

Lifetime Warranty
Cast stainless steel burners, Choice stainless steel u-shaped burners, Fire Magic Diamond Sear and rod stainless steel cooking grids and stainless steel housing are under warranty for as long as you own your grill.

Fifteen Year Warranty
Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain (including ovens and barbecue faces) and backburner assemblies (except ignition systems) are under warranty for fifteen (15) years.

Ten Year Warranty
Electric Grills stainless steel cooking grids and housing.
Gourmet griddles and pizza ovens (except ignition and electronic parts)
are under warranty for ten (10) years(except ignition systems).

Five Year Warranty
Flavor grids, infrared burners in the grill, charcoal stainless steel grills (except for the charcoal pan, charcoal grid, thermometer and ash tray which are under warranty for one year) are under warranty for five (5) years.

Three Year Warranty
Fire Magic side burners and all other Fire Magic grill, gourmet griddle and pizza oven components (except ignition systems and electrical parts) are under warranty for three (3) years.

One Year Warranty
Fire Magic ignition systems (excluding batteries), electronic components (including lights and thermometer) and grill, gourmet griddle and pizza oven accessories are under warranty for one (1) year.

Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Returned Goods Policy

a.) No products may be returned without an assigned Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

b.) Where the return is necessitated other than by an act or omission of the RH Peterson, a 25% charge will be made. When permission to return is granted, items must be shipped freight prepaid to a point designated by us.

c.) Only stock items in the original container will be accepted for return. Merchandise shipped prior to 2023 will not be accepted. Discontinued products will not be accepted under any circumstances.

d.) Returned goods & parts under warranty will be either credited, or replaced, at factory option.
