Shipping Policy

Important information:

- Free shipping for all orders*
- Deadline for orders: 2:00 PM EST
- Order processing time: 1 - 2 business days (Mon - Fri)
- Order transit time: 5 - 7 business days (Mon - Fri)

*Some exclusions apply - refer below.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Transit times vary from 5 - 7 business days.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@luxehomesdirect.com.

Order Cancellation, Delayed or Damaged Orders:
If you would like to cancel your order or your order came damaged, please contact our customer support, we will find a solution for you. You can cancel the order within 6 hours from the order time.

If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number. 

Killerspin Products:

Freight on Killerspin products is charged based on whether the ping pong table is a folding table or a stationary table, with freight cost in addition to the table cost and white glove installation cost (if you choose this option).

No Shipping outside the USA.
