HPC Fire Villa Hybrid Gas/Wood Glass Tile Pizza Oven with Electronic Ignition is a hybrid pizza oven available in a variety of different colors. It is covered in mosaic tiles that give it a beautiful and unique appearance that is sure to stand out in your outdoor space. It comes with a stainless steel hearth, glass tiled oven, vent, and a flange mount. The electronic ignition provides a quick start-up and easy oven operation. The Villa can serve as a smoker and an oven and utilizes quality 304 stainless steel in its construction.

This oven is equipped with an electronic ignition system that can operate with batteries or an adaptor. The stainless steel hearth incorporates the ignition controls simply yet effectively. It is important to note that when using wood it should be dried and debarked before being used in the oven. This will give you much better results with less smoke and less mess. We recommend using dried oak wood over anything else.

The shape of the Villa oven helps immensely with heat distribution and retention. The shell of the oven itself is 2" thick, which gives you added heat retention, and the outside of the oven should stay about 1/3 the temperature of the inside. It is also important to note that the oven shell is made from a single piece of refractory, not multiple pieces. This all adds up to make the Villa an incredibly efficient oven that can withstand temperatures up to 2400 degrees.
