The Forno Venetzia 5-Piece 36-Inch Complete Oven Kit includes two 36-inch long pizza peels with detachable heads, wire cleaning brush, fire poker and 36-inch long ash shovel. Because no outdoor pizza oven is complete without the basic accessories.

• The larger pizza peel is ideal for inserting or removing large pizzas or food to and from the oven.
• The smaller peel is ideal for turning the pizza or food in the pizza oven.
• Use the ash shovel and wire cleaning brush to maintain and clean your pizza oven hearth floor and the fire poker to move logs and stoke the fire.
