• The Bellagio 300 is an authentic Italian designed and engineered wood-fired pizza oven that meets the demands of entertaining larger gatherings with an impressive 36" x 32" (1,152 square inch) cooking surface capable of cooking 5 pizzas or multiple dishes at once.
• The included cart has a durable powder-coated finish in black and features two gliding preparation shelves with oak handles, an adjustable oven tool holder as well as a storage cabinet that includes two gorgeous oak handles, a middle shelf and 4 wheels for portability (2 swivel, 2 fixed).
• The commercial grade refractory brick hearth is lined with double-layered ceramic insulation for excellent heat-retention and superior cooking performance.
• The Bellagio 300 features a recessed, built-in thermometer that allows you to keep track of internal oven temperatures, making it easier to learn how to adjust cooking temperatures using the oven door.
• The oven dome features a durable, UV-resistant powder coat finish to help prevent color fading year-round and is complemented by a designer Forno Venetzia chimney cap and oak oven door handle.
• The Bellagio 300 pizza oven has a red dome finish and is shipped with a fully assembled oven unit, requiring no curing before use. Some cart assembly is required.
