The new Fire Magic Echelon Black Glass Pizza Oven (#5660) highlights the state-of-the-art black glass control panel now featured on Fire Magic's Echelon gas grills. Providing digital touchscreen thermostatic operation, the new model also boasts integrated smart technology for operation with a smartphone and a probe for monitoring cooking temperatures.

• Featuring a ceramic glass door with viewing window, this complete outdoor oven includes a baking rack and pizza peel to create a variety of dishes and is designed to complement the Fire Magic suite of outdoor kitchen products, specifically the latest Black Glass range.
• All 304 Stainless Steel construction with 36,000 BTUs main burner, a cordierite stone with removable pizza stone tray cooking surface of 324 square inches (18" x 18") and a baking rack surface of 333 square inches (18¼” x 18¼”).
• Digital touchscreen with temperature indication and thermostatic control (temperature range 150°F - 700°F), interior light for ease of viewing and night cooking, with a 3-layer dome with adjustable vent cap to maintain interior heat.
• The Echelon Black Glass Pizza Oven features IPI Ignition with flame rectification, an oven door (rated for 50lbs) with ceramic glass and gravity latch locking system.
• The Echelon Black Glass Pizza Oven by Fire Magic is not just a pizza oven... you can bake, broil and more and comes with a baking rack and pizza peel.
• Optional 30" Portable Cart Grill Base is available if a portable option is desired.
