RETURN POLICY

• All products are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges are the responsibilities of the customer and custom orders (poker and game tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and deemed to be free of any damages.

BEFORE PRODUCTION

• All orders (poker and game tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are 100% refundable and cancellable without a fee for 24 business hours. After 24 business hours, a 15% cancellation fee on the entire order will be applied as we will begin preparing your materials for production. All pre-orders (marked as such on the product page) will be 100% refundable for 72 business hours, after which the 15% cancellation fee will apply.

AFTER PRODUCTION HAS STARTED

• Change requests or cancellations are subject to a 30% fee on the entire order after the order has been confirmed and production has begun.
• Please notify intentions of return/ exchange and to receive RMA by emailing us at Ticket@BBOPokerTables.com.

SHIPPING PROTECTION AND CONCEALED DAMAGE

• BBO Poker Tables is the only company on the market that proactively protects customers from shipping damage. We have developed an end-to-end track and trace system “Copperwire TNT” for our customers to document any shipping damage. It is important that you use Copperwire TNT and note any damages on the bill of lading during delivery. As long as you do this, you are 100% covered from shipping and concealed damage situations.
• BBO Poker Tables cannot assist, by law, any concealed damage claims if damages were not noted on the bill of lading during the time of delivery. Freight shipping is not the same as ground package shipping (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) and it is important to note any damages on the bill of lading and through our Copperwire TNT system. Please closely read BBO's Shipping Receiving Instructions (https://www.bbopokertables.com/bbo-shipping-receiving-instructions) as freight shipping is different than small package ground shipping.
• All orders are subject to our terms and conditions and shipping policies.

Shipping & Receiving Instructions

• All orders from BBO Poker Tables which require shipping are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read this carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and BBO Poker Tables will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage. Please read this carefully.
• All poker and gaming tables from BBO Poker Tables ship on pallets via ground freight, fully insured. Our carrier will call you prior to delivery to schedule a day and time to deliver your table. Please note, most freight carriers require a 4 hour time window for delivery. ALL deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY unless you have set up white glove/inside delivery with us PRIOR to your table shipping.
• In the event that your table is damaged in transit, as long as your follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out a replacement for you immediately.

HERE’S HOW TO PROPERLY RECEIVE YOUR POKER AND GAME TABLE

Once your table arrives the delivery driver is going to hand a form called the "DR" or Delivery Receipt. Once you receive this document sign it to state that you accept liability to inspect and go ahead and take a look at the boxes.

BOX COUNT

• Count the number of boxes on the pallet and make sure your count matches that on the Delivery Receipt. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT

CHECK FOR DAMAGE

• Next inspect all the boxes for anything that looks like damage. A punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. If you do not note the damage on the Delivery Receipt you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you release the shipping company of any liability on the shipment. Given the chance that the driver informs you to sign so he can leave prior to inspection, kindly inform him that he has to wait for the inspection (typically you get 15mins to inspect) and you have the right to refuse any damaged portions of the shipment.
• Remember, if you sign the delivery receipt and do not note any damages, you cannot claim damage afterward.
• In the event that something is damaged:
• Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the delivery paperwork. Send an email to TICKET@BBOPOKERTABLES.COM along with photos of the damage and we will make sure your replacement pieces get arranged to be shipped out quickly.
• DO NOT accept the damaged box, send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes which are in good condition.

CONCEALED DAMAGE

• If you notice concealed damage while unpacking your table that were not clearly visible during delivery please contact us at ticket@bbopokertables.com with pictures of the concealed damage within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. Please note BBO POKER TABLES or our carriers are not liable for damages that occur while moving your table into your residence or business, so please make sure you have assistance on the day your table arrives to insure you and your table make it inside safely as your new table is quite HEAVY. DO NOT DELAY
